I/O Device board blocked

After power outage one lim was off and we encountered the cuttinng of calls during conversation(on all lims).We restarted the system and it came up.When we do the dumping the system shows that I/O device board blocked.

ALLOP shows
FAULTY IPU BOARD OR CONNECTED I/O DEVICE
BUFFER TRANSFER HAS FAILED
LOST SIGNALS INTHE GROUP SWITCH
FAULTY PCM LINK(GJU)

Please help
