That's what's showing during my exp of one of the user. Some packages in sys is missing, any idea I can recreate them? Thanks, this is urgent. I am scrambling for ideas.

Is this a newly installed/upgraded Oracle instance?

Have you ensured that you have run the Oracle Data Dictionary scripts, including CATEXP.sql, which is typically the source of the missing components that the error message mentions? (The script list that you must ensure you have run includes: catalog.sql, catproc.sql, catblock.sql, catexp.sql, et cetera.) Re-running these scripts does no damage to your instance.

Also, you may have these components, but there are pieces that (for whatever reason) are "INVALID". Anything that is INVALID, you can re-compile to either validate or to identify the erroring components.

These suggestions are places to begin your troubleshooting.

Let us know your findings.

I dropped some package in system by mistake.
I ran CATEXP.sql,
and ran catalog.sql
and running catproc.sql right now
have not ran catblock.sql

What else do I have to run, the etc ones? Thanks for pointing to the right direction.

ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected BLOB, CLOB got CHAR

Now it says this, when I try to export.

Silly,

Click on this link, which explains both the problem and (in excellent detail) the solution.

Let us know if this solves it for you.
