We have 2 PIX and they work fine, i prefer to use the cli for adding/changing configs anyway, but they also do free bit of software called Pix Firewall Manager, a simple and quite basic GUI interface which allows you to add/delete conduits as well as some fairly basic alerting/monitoring options.
