I need to update data and send a email with the same transaction to date I have the form for Ticket entry but can not find away to send a alert email to the hotline letting them know a new ticket has been entered buy a web client I am using IIS 4.0 Drumbeat2000 Interdev 6.0<br>

Don't know if it will help, as I'm not conversant with Drumbeat, but definitely worth a look. (I haven'tparticularly like Charlse's attitude on some mailing lists that we have ahsred, but there is no denying tha man's talent/genius/call-it-what-you-will. He's good!)<br>
