I need to store documents within the database in an OLE field

I have an app which the users link documents and the link is stored in a table. They want to store the document in a table. I need to demo this...
How would I go about storing a PDF document in a table. Is there any sample code showing how to do this.

I wouldn't attempt to store binary data in Access. If you can't get by with simply storing the path to a file then I would consider using SQL Server or SQL Server Express.

I understand, but I have to prove my case. I have a Common dialog box where they would select the file to embed.
I have an OLE field in the table, I store the selected file name into a text box...can I simply save the value from the text box into the OLE field in the table????
