You cannot change the system id on any product.
You can swap the card to keep programming.
You must put in a ticket with Ayaya to migrated the key codes form one to the other.
If they no longer support that then wsome of us can do other options for you.

As curly stated.. just swap over the PCMCIA card and the programming will hold. If you need additional mailboxes, you can find them cheap on eBay. Much easier route than opening a ticket with Avaya.
