I need to reduce the number of rings. 1

I need to reduce the number of rings before it is forwarded to new number. Instead of 8 rings, I would like 3 rings. I know it is a change in the class of service form but unsure if it is the higher the number equals the lower number of rings.

I hope this makes sense, running on SX2000 system.

The timer is the Call forward no answer timers in the COS of the user. The timer is in seconds, so prob between 5 and 10 secs you want
