I need to pull the User Name of a computer while running on server 1

Hi, I am writing a simple screening/date entry program and I need to pull the user name of the user from his computer. The ASP code is run on the server side. Anyway to do this? Thanks.

I do know about environment controls, but would they work in this instance if the program is run server side.

Can I explicitly make the envirnment control run on the users side somehow? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I think the framework version of that variable would be [tt]Page.User.Identity.Name[/tt]
