This is more an Acrobat issue than Quark... you could draw a picture box in QuarkXPress and place your PDF file (although if it's a long document it may be impractical without writing a script). Then in the Print dialog box, check the box that says 'Seperations'.
Are you sure you need to do this? If you're sending it to a printer, they will take care of seperating it, impositioning it, etc, etc. In fact, trying to do their job for them can very often lead to problems, so be careful, and above all, talk to whoever you're sending your file to.
