I need to operate a contact closure from a phone

We are running Avaya CM 6.3 with G650 cabinets and are looking for a way to operate a contact closure from the phones.
Anyone have any good ideas?

A G650... I don't know of any way to do a contact closure with it.

You could get a Viking device for it -- I just had a customer recommend it to me. Thanks customer. I looked it up and found a Valcom SRC-1.

What type of contact closure are you trying to operate? Maybe there are better ways. Especially if it is something like paging.

We are wanting to interface with our door control system so we can lock down the building by dialing a code from a phone.

Apparently it is the RC-2A I need, not the SRC-1, since I need the unit itself to answer a call an wait for the code.
