I know that I probably have to use the Query Builder tool to figure this out. I need to know who my Top 10 users of my Crystal Enterprise 9 system are. If I could just get a query of my users and how often they run a job. I guess the number of successful instances they have run in a time frame would be great. This would also let me know who isn't using the system because I'd rather not have them occupy a license.
Any help with the query would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Bessebo

In CE9 there is a facility to audit the WCS - Web Component Server. I think you need to have a premium license to turn this on but am not sure.

Have a look in the CMC, Servers, Crystal Web Component Server. Under the Properties tab is a "Keep Audit Log Files" property which turns on logging.

The web attributes that you can audit include: Date, Time, IP address and port, Duration, Bytes transferred, Used cache,Method, URI, UR I-stem, URI-query, and Status.

It is stored in a text file which you can report from with CR!

Thanks for the info but I think using the Query builder there is also a way to get the info. I looked at those text files since we had logging turned on. Thanks for the info.
