I thought maybe someone might have an idea how to do this in this forum. By the way is it okay to post the same question in two forums? Anyway here my question:

All I need is to email one record from my form.  "InvoiceN" is my only unique qualifier on each record.  My database name is "FulfillmentOrderDatabase", my form name is "FulfillmentOrderInterface" and my report name is "rptPrintRecord".
It would be great if someone could give me a hand on this.

The thread below was helpful but not quite enough. I can't quite get the pieces put together right.

Maybe someone could look at that thread and help me put my names in the right places.

Thanks ahead of time,
Hal S.

You will need to use the DoCmd.SendObject command to send the report. If you look this up in MS Access help, it clearly defines the parameters for the subject line and so on.

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot. I'll give this a try. I'm not sure exactly how to link the report to a query, but I think I can figure it out. I'll let you know.

Thanks again,
Hal S.
