Hi
CE10
We have in excess of 1000 reports, all pretty active. Run times are very important, as reports are used in staging process of datawarehouse process, etc.
We periodically need to reschedule reports in more appropriate time slots. This is increasingly difficult, as I do not have an overall picture of when reports are scheduled to run. I need to establish busy periods and therefore need to create a scheduling time line.
I have tried createing a report off the Audit database (but it does not seem to contain schedule information, and I also cannot report off the AuditString (the Aidit Id's do not mean much).
I also had a look at the Schedule manager in the launchpad, but that, once again, looks at everything from a single report level. I cannot go through 1000 reports to draw up this time line.
Any suggestions?
