I need to copy users Temporary internet files, how can I?

I need to monitor some of our home office users in the field and when I open up the Temporary internet files, there is no way to import them or even make a copy of them? Windows XP Pro(SP2). Is there even a cheap program that I can use that would allow me to view and copy their temporary interenet files? Any Ideas Gang?

If you will go to C:\Documents and Settings\local settings\ Temporay internet files\
There are four folders in there with files int them and you can copy cut and paste If you have admin priviliges
