I need to compile reports when ever i to any DDL operation in my datab

Hi there, I am using Developer 2000 Rel 2. As soon as I perform any DDL operation in my database, all the reports that contain formula columns and calculated fields need to be compiled again.
This is causing me a great embarassment.What is the solution?
Can anybody forward me any batch file that shall help me compile my reports on my system's start up.

You may run .rdf files directly, not to conver them to .rep Regards, Dima

When I call my report from my FORM through a MENU. Many times the reports are minimized on the bottom of my windows.
This surprises the users. They are not sure about their action.
IS THEIR ANY PARAMETER/METHOD THAT SHALL MAXIMIZE ALL REPORTS THAT ARE CALLED IN THIS FASHION.

You may run your report in SYNCHRONOUS mode, in this case the Forms screen will be freezed untill the end of report and user will not be surprized Regards, Dima
