I need to change the IP addresses of my servers

I have two servers running Windows 2K and Metframe XPe. I need to change the ip address of both servers to a new subnet. What are the ramifications? I have heard that this requires a reload of Metaframe. There has got to be a better way. Please help

There was no problems both times ive done it. The metaframe server needed rebooting, and there was one option about zones, under the farm properties.
But other than that, i didnt have any problems
