People calling this support line are 0'ing out if it rolls to voicemail and having the attendant call the support people directly. We want to force them to leave a message.

I looked for a button to turn it off, no luck. Then I tried creating a personal (backup) operator schedule with nothing turned on. It still went to the default backup operator. Then I tried giving it 5 minutes active to see if it needed some time active before it would use the schedule. It still 0's out to the attendants.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what version you have but you can should be able to setup a schedule that is never available or make it always available and send it back to the same number. You can also make a caller app and send it to that call app that will deliver the message to a mailbox or email address.
