I have a customer who has 50+ agents who do not have physical offices and therefore no sets. I need to assign the DIDs to mailboxes for these agents. I have read the FAQs, and the other posts, also spoken with tech support at two of my suppliers and I still am not clear on the most efficient method. One of my suppliers tells me that has multiple instances of this situation where he has simply created mailboxes which match the DIDs and it works with no further modifications. My other supplier says he has tried several times following the "phantom dn faq" and has not been successful. I do not currently have the system attached to the PRI and so cannot test either method reliably. We are scheduled to install tomorrow and I would much rather know that we have good programming before going on site.

I wanna say that I just built my mbox's to match the DID's but it has been awhile since I have had to do that.Worst case just build yourself target lines if just the mbox itself doesn't ring through but I know one of the two ways will work for you.

As I recall, the "phantom dn" solution works, or not depending on the KSU's SW rev. Sorry, I don't recall which ver it is.
