I need to add functionality creatin

I need to add functionality creating a 'special folder', much like the 'My Documents', 'Fonts', and\or
'Tasks' folder. It should be something like the Kazaa folder, I think. I don't use Kazaa, but I've been
told it's like what I'm requesting.

One other thing needed (very badly!), and the most important, is how to lock a folder. I need the folder
to be password protected, (if possible) the users can't read, write to, delete or open the folder. I
desperately need this functionality. If anybody knows anything about it, I would be very appreciative.

NTFS Filing system is Used in the NT product Line, and u have a choice in XP, I think with NTFS you can password protect Folders ETC...

As Explorer doesnt do it I doubt its possible with FAT 32 (98 line).

As for special folder Icons, I dont have a clue
