Please help me I need the rootCert2040_ppc file to update MiVoice Business Certificate, I din't find how to download.

You download it from Mitel if you have a MiAccess account. Otherwise call your Mitel dealer to do the update. Sending you the patch is a violation of copyright law.

You sound like someone owes you a free ride. Keeping your software up=to=date is your responsibility and like it or not it isn't free.
