i need some serious help on animation....

ok heres the thing i spend days making flash animated cartoons then....when i put these animations on the web the lip sync and such is just...well not in sync so this defeats the purpose of the toon...is there anyone out there that can tell me how to fix the problem...and if u don't understand the thing is that on my comp my flash animations are in perfect sync then on the web there all messed up plz plz help

Sound's Sync must be set to "stream" and not "event".

Usually sound as to be set to "stream" before you sync up video to it... Not just change it when everything's done!
