Hi,
I Have NNM6.2 and I want to load Mibs files, I have in my network cisco 3640, but when I load de mibs for cisco products specifically of 3640, the NNM responsesome like this,
Error defining `ciscoProductsMib`: Parent`ciscoModules` not defined
Load the MIB that defines `ciscoModules` before loading this Mib
Somebody help me please

Hi there Learningman, right below, there is a link to download Cisco MIBs, that may be useful, anyway, NNM "knows" you don't currently have "ciscoModules" loaded (required to support 3640's mib).
That's why it doesn't let you upload the mibs particularly for Cisco 3640.

At Cisco's ftp site there is a complete package of MIBs which once loaded will solve your current issue, and let you work with any mibs you may want add in the future.
If you can´t find it I can look for it, just let me now, ok?

Hope this helps,
