I Need Some Direction

ok so I have a home server on a windows based system, its running ok, now I would like to test scripts in php that use e-mail forms and I would like to setup a email server to work with apache and with outlook.
Do you have a idea for a e-mail server that I can setup and do you have some kind of informatio about how to configure everything???
If you do please help me.

there are a couple of specialised e-mail and mail server forums on here along with a couple of web server forums.

These would probably be better places to post your query and would increse your chance of getting a good reply.
