I need some advice....

I have to make a CDROM for a client who wants flash menus, video and audio.

Here are my questions:

1) Should I be using Director, or is a Flash exe good enough?

2) Any thoughts on PC/MAC compatibility? Will I have trouble making autorun executables for both?

3) What video format is best to use with Flash? Should I upgrade to Flash 2004 - is it worth it for the new video capabilities?

Don't know if embedded video is any better than it is in MX (I'm still on MX), but IMHO, it could work out just fine.
