I need routing the calls if all ports of automatic attendat are busy I want to redirect all calls to attendat. Actually, happens that if the ports are busy and other call arrive to automatic attendant, the call ringing all time and not redirect.
I have the following configuration:
>LD 23
ACD 7004 Automatic attendat (without agent)
NCFW 7000
ACD 7000 Voice Mail (4 agents or 4 ports physical)
NCFW 0
>LD 21
ATT_DATA
ATDN 0
I have been trying wiht the thresholds (CWHT, OVTH, TFHT)
overflow or interflow each call without results.
