I can manage just the one field

if {myfield} = "peter" then red else nocolor

But how do I get multiples of the same in CR7 so that peter prints in red, paul prints in blue, dave prints in green etc.?

I'd advise you to adjust your ID and not mention the fact that you're working for local government. Lots of programmers don't like government of any sort.
I also work for local government and have been advised to change my ID just in case.

Lewis,

Why change his ID? Is it considered "dangerous" in the UK to admit you work for the government?

Just passing on what somebody else advised me - a good deed for the day blown apart. I now feel like someone shot the messenger :-(
