I need instructions of programming the automated attendant

Well where do we start ? you need to have a ECP mailbox but what do you want it to do ? dial ext or callers menu or both?
the mailboxes are type 30 31 32 or a 33 and you may need to have more than one if you need to go many levels deep
then you must call into the mailbox and record a greeting or the mailbox will not be in service. also you will need to call the mailbox to program where to send the caller when you press 1 2 and so on
