I AM LOOKING TO BUY A BACK UP SYSTEM THAT CAN WORK WITH WINDOWS NT. THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE ABLE TO BACK UP FILE AUTOMATICALY. I AM ABIT NEW IN BACK UP SYSTEM SO ANY INFORMATION ON HOW IT WORK, WHERE I CAN BUY AND HOW TO USE IT WILL BE HELPFUL PLEASE GIVE ME REFERENCES ON WHERE I CAN GET THE INFORMATION.

On the WEB, look at Veritas.com. You can do a search on "Tape Library" and see what you get. I use a Qualstar.

It works pretty good. We had it going with NT before we changed to W2K Server.

Go to veitas and ask for the EVAL for Backup exec (its good for 60 days). I point that cause I am in the process of installing this producy. Good thing is if we like it we can then buy the license (ie; no need to reinstall).
