Hi folks
On Enterprise, I have got a publisher and subscriber ( version 3.3(3), patched to SR4. All phones is on internal partition. Only permit call extensions 4 digit but i don´t know why, they can call anything place. In CSS_Internal, it is only internal partition. The CCM is connected to PBX with TLU76. Why suceed? Can it posted images here?
Thanks

Little unclear what you are asking. Are you saying that you want to restrict calling to the 4-digit calling and it's not working? Please explain in more details.

What do you want to allow and what do you want to restrict?

What other route patterns do you have and what partition do they belong to?

You can use partitions and calling search spaces to keep the phones in the CSS_Internal calling search space from reaching the extensions on the PBX through your CallManager gateway. I believe this is what you are talking about trying to restrict. Apparently, you have a route pattern for 4 digit dial (using wildcards probably, XXXX or 4XXX, etc.) that is able to be dialed by the phones in the CSS_Internal calling search space. You can create a partition for the dialed digit behaviors that define the PBX connected phone numbers and exclude that partition from the CSS_Internal calling search space to keep the phones in CSS_Internal calling search space from reaching extensions on the PBX. Here is a link that will help you further understand how CallManager uses partitions and calling search spaces to determine how a call will be routed.

Hopefully this will be helpful for you.

Good Luck,

Pat

Well, I resolved with creating the following routern pattern:
1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 4XXX, 7XXX, 8XXX, 9XXX for internal partition and 5XXX corporate movil partition; 6XXX no use. But for emergency 0XXX on emergency partitions suceed the same be on CSS_Internal. Why? Solutions?

Finally, I resolved all.
Thanks all
:p

Outstanding! After about the first 5000 times it becomes second hand...at least for the slower kids in the class like myself... ;-)
