I need help

Good day Sir/Ma'am,

I have a few question regarding with the nortel pabx option 11c. This is what happen, i full disable all of the card slot from PRI card to analog card , and i shutdown it (FULL SHUTDOWN), and when i turn it on it automatically enable all the PRI card and analog card... and when i try to make a command to the hyperterminal it says "OVERLAY CONFLICT" what error is this?

after you log in, at the > prompt type WHO that will tell you what other tty is being used
to release that TTY and FORCE it off
at the > type FORC x with x being the TTY shown,

i think you will need to be logged in as Level 2

Remember if you feel the need to shutdown/re-start the system it will carry out a number of
maintenance / diagnostic routine checks, during this time & cycle it'll not allow you access
until that cycle has finished
