I need help with the action script

Okay... This is for Macromedia Flash MX. Do you know that one tutorial with the cars of the future (The sweepstakes one which you have to pick your color to see if you won)? Well, I want to make something similiar but I need help on one thing. What do you do so when someone picks the stuff for the choices, and when they click submit, all of the information sends to my email address... how do you do that? Do you have to use ActionScript? Is there a tutorial or something for that? Please help me! I really appreciate your help!

Flash can't do that on it's own, you need to use a CGI (Common Gateway Interface) script for that ... something like PHP, ASP, PERL, or the like.
