This is what my report looks like now:

Case# Unit# Action Action Time
12345 355 Dispatched 16:00
12345 355 Arrival 16:15
12345 355 Clear 17:00
12345 111 Dispatched 16:10
12345 111 Arrival 16:15

12367 255 Dispathed 18:00
12367 255 Arrival 18:05

This is what I would like for my report to look like:

12345 355 Arrival 16:15
12367 255 Arrival 18:05

I'm trying to display only the Action time for the action "Arrival". I have created a formula to identify only the "arrival" action; however, I still get the same number of rows, the rows are blank. How can I get the report to only show me a row for the action that I need.

Thank you,

Olga

Use a record selection formula like this:

{table.action} = "Arrival"

It sounds like you are using a suppression formula rather than a record selection formula. LB's suggestion should work but you'll still have 2 records for case 12345. Do you want them both or what?
