I need help to set a computer on my network to be a router
i know that i can set it with a service routing and remote access
but please tell me the steps
thanks

Indeed, just enable the routing & remote access on your server, choose 'network router' in the setup wizard
Use TCP/IP as routing protocol,
do not install demand dial connections
After finishing the initial setup, go to IP routing, static routes, fill in any additional static routes if you want

Enabling the routing & remote access service on your server also does this :
It changes the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip \Parameters
and changes the IPEnableRouter entry to 1 (enabled)
This setting is disabled by default (0)

If you just want to enable IP forwarding on your server without running the routing & remote access tool, just set this registry key manually and it should work just fine

Good luck
