I need help PLEASE! Windows 2000 SBS VS PCAnywhere

I am trying to connect to my Windows 2000 SBS Server from my laptop using PCANywhere 10.5.
I get a message the folowing message.
"Unable to attach to specified device" when connecting to host.

I believe this issue is regarding port setting which I need some help with.

Please reply me the solution.
