I need help on list with iterator on active report

Does any body on this forum familiar with active report of cognos 10? I am trying to write a report with a list and a data Iterator to return 10 rows of result for me and then i can use the next and previous button to navigate to the next or previous 10 result. Please your pronto response will be appreciated. Thank you
