easiest and quickest way to allow for this. Ask them who can dial with the access you need.

Then change the phone that needs the access to mirror the phone that has the access. You should be looking at NCOS and CLS. CLS should be CTD and NCOS defines your calling ability.

if you have a set that works like you want it to work, look at the ncos setting in the TNB and change your set to the same ncos setting
