I want to program some ext with hello message.
now any one call from outside after select language the ask press zero for help i need to add some ext like HR,sales, etc..... then the zero must be came last.

You need to answer the questions about the voicemail system, there is no inbuilt IVR system in the MD110, you have to use voicemail, solidus, 3rd party IVR for that, your question is about the attached system, not MD110.
