I need free mailing list script...

...with following characteristics:
1. web administration and archive
2. users can simply reply to a message and that reply will be in online archive
3. in that script I can use a mailing list that's already working (setup by my web hosting provider)...

Google didn't help (it was the first ugly surprise)... I found some very good scripts - like Simple Mailing List and MailGust, but they didn't have everything I need... The main problem is number 2. (users can simply reply to a message and that reply will be in online archive)...

I still don't know what you want from us. Tek-Tips is not a code repository, so there is no such code here. Tek-Tips is also not a rent-a-coder service that would supply you with the code. So other than tackling the problem yourself (and coming back with specific problems) or continuing your search through free scripts I do not know what to advise you.
