I need floppy mini linux with nfs client and dd command

Would a bootable CD do? You can get the Linux Bootable Toolkit or the Linux Bootable Business Card or Knoppix. All bootable CDs with both NFS and dd.
I don't recall if Tom's RootBoot disk has either of these utilities. Just checked, it only had dd. You're on your own for NFS.
