I need .DLL file: WSHENU.DLL.

My monitor displays prism color ghosts because this file is missing. When I start my computer it displays Csinject has caused an error in QDCSPI.DLL. It then displays that .DLL file, WSHENU.DLL was not found. I would appreciate any help finding this deleted file.
