I need an accurate time of day clock

Anyone know how to easily read the time in the motherboard cmos clock? The windows time of day is only set to this on boot up and it drifts a lot during the day.
Is there an accurate card you can buy with software to replace the windows system time? I cant use the internet time as I'm not always connected.

There are cards you can buy that pick up the goverment time broadcasts. I think some are shortwave, and others pick up the GPS time signal.
