I need a way of stopping colleagues from fiddling

I have been asked at work to put a control on the PC's we have so that users only have limited access to the features ie: we dont want use of floppy drive, control panel etc...

Is there a good bit of software out there that can let me do this?

You can use Group Policy to control these items, from the domain level, OU level, or on the local machine.

Thanks for the VERY quick reply.

I originally had a look at these policies but they appear very user unfriendly and I just wondered if someone out there had constructed a friendly bit of software to manage all this.
