I am looking for the following plug in:
Photoshop Camera RAW & JPEG 2000 plug in bundle.
Where can I find it for FREE?

Can anyone help?

Photoshop Camera Raw plugin is available in the recent release of Photoshp CS ( buy the upgrade if you havent upgraded yet from 7.0). It comes with the JpeG 2000 plugin. Not available for free anywhere.
