We are a not for profit Hospital and are required to give quarterly reports to Medicaid for total calls on our Attendant consoles.
I have set up and been printing the raw data for our attendant consoles. There are 3 consoles total.
I don't have a clue what I am looking at however. Is there anyone who can tell me how to interpret these reports?
I have browsed the nortel training site, but fail to find any training for console traffic mentioned.
Thanks for any insight.

i never did like the format for load 2 traffic. are you using acd reporting at all, if so make 0 a maxp 1 acd ncfw to a new atdn and tell the operators the display changes to expect then run a report on the acd group, you will get a true count fo inbound usage which is what usually goes in line 27. otherwise use load to, try a feature key report on your loop keys(?) or post a short report and let me see if i can get it translated

Try looking in NTP 553-3001-450 Traffic Measurement Formats and Output.

Look for TFC004 - Individual Console Measurements. Page 106 has the format of the report and example data.
