WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO MAKE MY LAN SPEED 100MBPS. WHILE THE SPEED OF THE CONNECTION FROM MY SERVER TO MY GATEWAY "RG384B" IS 100MBPS, THE SPEED FROM THE SERVER TO OTHER SYSTEMS ON THE NETWORK IS 10MBPS.

Turn off the caps lock and give us more info. Do you have 100m cards in your other systems and are they configured correctly?

OK I googled "RG384B" and found that it is a 2 Mbps Wireless system.
