I need a driver for HP NC7760 on ML330

I have an HP ML330 G3 server that I am reloading with Windows XP. I cannot find the driver for the NIC HP NC7760. Does anyone know where I can find one? I have gone to several sites and the link always goes to an information page. Any help would really be appreciated.

The cp005118 driver is the one for windows 2003 server.
