I need a Conditional Save as VBA Macro 1

Hello

I am trying to implement a file naming standard in our firm an i was wondering if someone can make such a VBA macro for me.

The necesary things for the macro FORM

Input box - Firm name
Listbox - Project Type
Input box - Size
List Box (Drop down combo box)- Save in witch version v8 -> X3
Input Box - Location

The "Firm name", "Project Type", "Location" must be mandatory

Please help me!!
