I need to add a second IP on NIC permanently, but I don't known the command line.
Do you know command line for it?

Sorry, I didn't read your question properly.

You might have to create a startup script /etc/rc2.d/S99ipalias containing the usual command, such as:

[tt]echo "Adding alias address 1.2.3.4 to interface net0..."
/etc/ifconfig net0 alias 1.2.3.4[/tt] Annihilannic.
