Good afternoon,
I was changing the permissions (SV8100) to be able to change certain data and now I can't access the command 90-02 to return the permission, I don't have any other login that has 90-02. I'm super limited in the system.

The published default manufacturer log in and password is necii + 47544. It's listed in the programming manual. If that was changed, then you may need to default and reprogram the system. Or possible reload a back up database.

it depends on which level you were using when changing 90-02

Top level is as mentioned, necii:47544
Manufacturer level is nec-i:374772
I will normally give customers Installer Level, tech:12345678 (or change it to match their company for security)

So if any of those top two work, you should be able to adjust your installer level password if that is what was 'broken'.

Oh nice @Daniel_RO Nec release a security alert and you post the manufacturer level username and password!
