I looking a sample code for send AT Command via InfraRed port

Hi,
I would like to send AT Command via InfraRed Port.
With Hyperterminal I can Send and Receive Datas.
But not with CreateFile, ReadFile or WriteFile.

For example : AT+CSMS?

How can I do with CreateFile ????
